DUALITY

Project has been divided into two levels: Upper city and Lower city. Lower city contains all historical buildings, green areas and common spaces. Upper city contains eight apartments blocks.

LOWER CITY

Lower city opens for public activities such as cafes, swimming pool, children playgrounds etc. This common zones divided into “rooms”: lobby, living room, playroom, master room, cabinet, theatre and even balcony. This poetic names gives comprehension of community that developers would like to built around this area.

UPPER CITY

Eight apartments blocks absorb highly tight residential program. It contains private green zones, kindergartens and common rooms with Moscow views.
